Student disability services is a great resources for those with disorders of any kind. They can help make your college experience more manageable if you have a disorder that puts you at a disadvantage. They can contact professors to make sure you get your accommodations. They also provide counseling if needed and even social events.

The best resource in college is the professors. They are people that have devoted their lives to their field of study, and they spend most of their lives educating upcoming generations in their field. So use their office hours, ask questions, pick their brains, make your tuition worth the money.

My recommendation for a great college resource is an app named "Scholly". Scholly is an app that makes finding scholarships easy by filtering out thousands of scholarships that apply to your circumstances. Searching for scholarships can feel overwhelming but Scholly simplifies that process and allows you to bookmark and save scholarships for your convenience. I'm currently using Scholly and have so far completed a couple of scholarships the app has suggested to me.

Another great resource is the plethora of organizations on campus. They have many different types of groups for anything you need such as religion, ethnicity, sports, politics, academics, etc. You can find new friends and become more active through these. I can say from personal experience that organizations are extremely helpful.

I believe the Campus Police Department is an incredible resource. They have helped my friends and I through a very serious issue. It was their dedication and utmost respect that won us over. If you are ever in need of legal help, I recommend going to their department!

An amazing resource available on campus is the career center. It allows students to explore their career options, develop their professional skills, and gain access to available on campus jobs or internship opportunities. They provide mock interviews, sample resumes, and lots of other sources to prepare students. It is located on the second floor of the Student Union.

One of the resources that many friends and I have found useful and vital to our success in college is the academic success coaching provided through the TRC. They help students identify their strengths and weaknesses, then devise a personalized approach to studying. Academic Coaches can help with everything from organizing and managing your time better to overcoming challenges with long term writing projects to enhancing your presentation skills.

Another resource that I'd recommend for college success is the Open Textbook Library. This site also includes many ebooks for your disposal without having to spend any money. This is especially helpful for students on a budget.
